After earning a degree in Ecology from the University of Georgia, he gained a wealth of experience working in various roles across New Mexico and California. This eclectic professional path led him back to Athens, where he pursued an accounting degree. His broad experience and educational background equip him with a unique problem-solving perspective and a genuine passion for using accounting to benefit others.

Outside of work, James leads an active lifestyle, enjoying running, swimming, and playing guitar. He also loves watching movies and dedicates time to volunteering outdoors, reflecting his commitment to both personal interests and community service.
